For the comfort of our recording artists, Lancaster Recording Studios has a spacious kitchen and office upstairs as well as a lounge with television and DVD.

The studio features a comfortable one bedroom apartment that can be rented for a nominal charge. Special arrangements for additional accommodations can be made on request.

Between takes, you can relax on our spacious sun porch with a view of the harbour, or enjoy a barbeque on the back deck.
